My device charger is not working fast I already check samsung shop but no have issue my device and charger all must good both everyone say my device software problem.
My Galaxy A30 doesn't charge fast. It takes more then 4 and 6 hours to charge on fast charging. And when i turn off fast charging. It takes 4 hours to charge. I also checked another charger but problem remains same. I also switched off, restarts and reset my phone but nothing happens, problem remains same. I also removed all 3rd party apps but problem is same. I also went to Samsung care centre, they checked and dedected no problem. They told me its a software issue. Please I request you to please do something in software update to overcone this problem. And please provide a software update for A30 related to this slow charging problem. Hope you help
