Charging Problem

My A50 is not charging when it's turn on. But when I turn off it's charging well. How to fix this.

may be software crash, better to ask the samsung service center

1st try doing a factory reset......if doesn't work need to get a helping hand from a pioneer in samsung phones...... it clear that the problem is with your software...since it doesn't charge whe switch on...
