I have bought A71 on Jul 23rd 2020. In less than 3 months, the charging port is gone.
Service center is asking for 15 days replacement of part. No replacement provided .
Am extremely disappointed with the replacement duration and phone. Can you help to provide a replacement phone/ expedite the part replacement. Even apple is providing Phone replacement.
My phone is not even 90 days old.
