Galaxy ATry to use another SAMSUNG APPROVED CHARGER and see if the issue continues, if it does you might need to get your phone to your nearest SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER, and if it doesn't BUY a new SAMSUNG APPROVED CHARGER.

Galaxy AHi, Suggdogg kindly start your device in Safe mode.
1. From the home screen swipe down to access settings.
2. Tap the power icon.
3. Tap Power off.
4. Tap Power off again.
5. Hold down the Side key to switch the device back on.
6. As the device is starting up, hold down the volume down button until the home screen appears.
7. The device will restart. Safe mode will now display in the bottom left-hand corner of your device to confirm that Safe mode has been enabled.
Plug your charger from Samsung into your device.
Why do we ask you to start your device in Safe mode?
We ask you to start your device in Safe mode to determine whether a third party application is affecting the performance of your device.
Starting your device in Safe mode causes your device to boot without loading any third-party software or applications.
