Trying to update medical info. Emergency info or Medical info not under about phone tab.

I am actually not receiving any error message.
I have my medical information under emergency call, when my phone is locked.
Now I want to change my medical aid.
I know that you are supposed to go to about phone under settings and then either emergency info or medical info should be one of the options.
It isn't.
So I don't know how to change it now.

Hi, HMdK please access the Contacts App> Tap on the picture below your name> Scroll down then tap Medical info and confirm> Edit medical information then save on the bottom left.
