Heyo!

So here's the thing, Call recording feature's availability depends on the region.

Ofc it's available in Sri Lanka, You may ask "Then Why don't I have it?"

Because your phone's region or CSC is set to a region that doesn't allow call recording. You can simply change it with a PC, it only takes a few minutes.

Down the Call recorder Automatic App from Playstore. It has good reviews from users and it must work.

Other solution is to change the CSC to a different region. If you change to Sri Lanka (SLK) call recording feature will be enabled Automatic built in to the phone.

There are alot of YouTube reviews on how to change the CSC. This is risky. Because you need to find the correct one to your phone and install it properly. And I would not recommend it. If you don't know how to do it correctly. As I mentioned above use an Call recording App. Then it will be easy to you.
