Can't update it says to contact Samsung service

Doesn't want to update when I try to update it reboots then it tells me to contact Samsung service

I'm experiencing a similar issue with my galaxy A10. Just received an update - Security patch February 2023. Downloaded the firmware update but it fails to install every time, tells me to visit Samsung service center.
