Can't receive calls

Help I'm using galaxy A12, I can't receive calls from my simcard if i am connected wifi network. I only receive missed call message notifications

Yes doesn't ring, I only receive a missed call notification sms

Clear the cache of the phone app.

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
