This is a bug of home screen layout. You have to change the layout to home and app screen. Otherwise uninstall the galaxy store using adb and install again.
But pls note that the part "How to Re-install an Uninstalled App" was not working when I tried it last time recently. So please try these steps with chrome app because you can install it via playstore but I am not sure if Galaxy store app is available on apkmirror.
