Camera problem in A34

I'm using A34 it's hanging after installing one ui 7 the phone are sudden stitch off and by clicking photo through normal camera it's clear but after clicking if I share the pic on WhatsApp then it have horizontal red lines 
I rest my phone 
But nothing change 
Please help

1. Use “Convert images and videos” in Gallery

1. Open Gallery, select the photo.

2. Tap Share → Options → Automatically convert images and videos.

3. Choose WhatsApp and send in HD.

Many users found this preserves colors and avoids artifacts .

2. Rotate/edit the photo before sending

Inside WhatsApp, select a photo → tap edit → rotate 360° → then send as HD. This forces WhatsApp to re-encode in sRGB correctly, retaining quality .

3. Send as a Document

Tap “Attach” → Document → pick your image. This avoids compression and preserves everything perfectly .

🔧 Troubleshooting tips

Clear caches: Go to Settings → Apps → WhatsApp (and Camera & Gallery) → Storage → Clear Cache.

Update apps: Ensure WhatsApp and Samsung Gallery/Camera apps are updated via Play Store and Galaxy Store .

Reinstall WhatsApp: If issues persist, uninstall, reboot, and reinstall—just backup your chats first.

Firmware updates: Samsung often patches media issues—check Settings → Software update and apply any available updates.

Not only what's app when i open photo from all apps like insta Snapchat it's show red horizontal lines

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. This is the pic which is normal in galary but during sending oh other platform it's shows green red line
