Camera night mood.

 I took a photo with the A55 5G in night mode. As a loyal Samsung user, I have always regarded Samsung phones as the best in discussions. Now, I need someone to hear me and understand my concerns deeply. I expect a flawless experience, regardless of whether a phone is expensive or cheap. I believe this issue deserves serious attention.

In this vast smartphone market, with its mind-blowing features and capabilities, there should be a compelling reason to choose Samsung. However, many serious issues often go unnoticed. I am really frustrated with the results I’m seeing. The photo looks overly processed, with noticeable noise and a grainy glow, which is disappointing. Im facing this issue for 4 5 month's. Need optimization.

Uhh the thing is what I can say is that A55 5g is a nerfed S series phone meaning it has all the hardware capabilities which could par on a S series phone , but they have nerfed it and have put limitations on it , alot of features are removed and some of them are locked, as for your issue A55 does not have camera2 api which is why it can never take RAW pictures . I have the same thing its just that they won't listen

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
