Camera issue

My camera is not working , I tried to clear cache and data but still it's not working, please help me

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps

Is it just the Samsung Camera app or also the camera in WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram etc.

Samsung camera app, on other apps front camera is not working

Check if your phone has any pending updates. Follow this direction in Settings

Software Update > Download and Install.

Install to the latest version and we will see if it helps.
