Hi,
When I shoot video in HEVC format on my Samsung A52, it saved as .mp4 only. I have tried lot of times, but doesn't saved as a .hevc format.
What is the reason behind the issue or bugs? Please bring it update and rectify the camera video format issue.

Check your video size, hevc supports only a few res. For videos.

I don't get you clearly as u didn't mentioned if that is h264 or 265...
Anyway just to clarify

HEVC is a codec. MP4 is a file format. You can record HEVC-encoded video (H.265) in an MP4 (actually MPEG 4 part 14) format. (It's usually saved in a file with the extension .hevc, but it's the codec that makes the difference in the quality of the video, not the file format.)

So hevc codec format file saved as a .mp4 extension format? H.265
Is it right? And also hevc is some advanced level of .mp4 file format?

Yes, hevc is a codec. You are good to go if you able to capture h265 video.
Hevc is just a size compressor. Quality remains almost same in both normal mp4 and hevc codec. For more info. Photo attached.
