Dear Samsung, 
I just switched over to Samsung from one plus to get a better camera experience. I have been using this A73 5g since 4 months.. and I am getting a worst camera experience. No natural colour, bad dynamic range, clarity at its worst. This is never a reputation of Samsung Camera that too 108MP. Kindly fix it. We have already invested 38 thousand in this phone.. no chance to look back now.. instead we request Samsung to look into it and fix it soon. .

Send feedback to Samsung in this app
1. Open members app
2. Go to support
3. Scroll down and search for feedback option
4. Then click on ask question and share your feedback

Though most of them do not respond adequately but if you are a lucky some knowledgeable person might pick your feedback and send it to higher authority.

And also update your phone to latest software. I heard there are some camera improvements with latest update

There s' alot of difference between samsung and oneplus phone s' cameras.That's depend on you that you like it or not. Everyone has there own experience.No doubt oneplus phone's cameras are far more better than samsung so you might think the camera quality is bad.but if there is really an issue.then i recommend you to report it to samsung Customer care.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
Check the physical condition of your camera lens.

1. Broken camera lens.
2. Scratchy camera lens.

Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on the camera.

Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

If the issue has not been resolved then Reset camera settings
Please follow the below steps:

Step1: From the home screen tap on Camera.
Step2: Tap on Settings.
Step3: Scroll up and tap on Reset settings.
Step4: Tap on Reset.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Ask questions).
