Hi all,

My Samsung A30 camera does not focus properly. I've tried all known methods including (a) Clearing camera catch memory (b) Rest settings (c) Restart phone etc etc. None of these has helped me. Because the camera is not functioning properly, my QR scan code apps also don't work at all. This is causing me big pain as QR code scan is mandatory at many places due to COVID conditions. 

 

Has anyone in this community had this problem and solved too ?

 

I request Samsung's urgent solution on this.

* Reset camera settings
Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.

Hi , this problem is there almost 1.5 years , why u didn't resolve even in One UI3.1 update also. What I have notices is after updating One UI3.1the main camera work few times and again started blur. Please find the bug and solve it. This single probem leads to leave samsung and move to other brand because main camera used to scan qr and do payment in many places.
