The shutter speed problem in the Pro section of the Camera app in Galaxy A71 is faced by all users who have updated the phone to One Ui 2.1 through OTA updates. 
People getting one ui 2.1 out of the box for new Galaxy A71 has no issues in the camera app.

The camera app crashes with a warning when shot at beyond 0.5sec (1sec or 2sec) in the pro mode. 
Also do bring back 64mp(3:4) in the pro mode as it was before in one ui 2.0
Samsung, please do fix these problems in the Camera app as soon as possible.

From where you got this info? A71 with UI 2.1 out of the box?

A friend of mine has bought it yesterday...just checked the phone after he opened the box. one ui 2.1 with all camera bugs fixed.

Please be assured and perform following methods to resolve the Camera issue:-


1. Please clear data or cache of Camera Application(Tap Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Cache/data).


2. Reset the Device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite
How to reset:- Settings>General Management>Reset.


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
