Is it only me who can't notice a difference between a 25MP and a 12MP Picture taken through Samsung Galaxy A50?

there is a huge difference in resolution of 12MP and 25MP but you cant notice at mobile display because normally mid range and high range models support 1080p with 6inch display. if you look these picture on windows PC you will feel the difference..
