Anyone facing camera focus issue while using other applications like Whatsapp, Instagram or like online verifications or video chat my phone just hesitant to focus on the objects that I'm trying to shoot...
During EKYC... it's terrible that I had to use a Chinese phone to complete my KYC the Bank team simply asked me to switch if you're using a Samsung phone
A52s 5G...

Bro try on your Samsung browser to Ekyc purpose
Because many times chrome isn't works
And update your application and android version
May be your camera 📷 focus isn't working 😕 🤔



1 ) Reset the camera app
2) Deactivate Tracking auto-focus.
3) Make sure the camera lens is clean

4)You can use Safe Mode to find out if a recently installed app is causing the camera focus problem. If there is no problem with focusing on Safe mode, the problem may be caused by a third-party app installed on your phone. To find the app that is causing the problem, uninstall the apps in the order you installed them most recently.

Bro The Agent literally said to change the phone because it's common with Samsung devices... and yeah you may know the Samsung browser is not the best in loading links.

No bro i am using samsung internet browser its fine..or else u can try microsoft edge i feel it better than chrome.

So bro may be it's your phone camera problem
Once otherwise you can go to the bank and ask if we can not do Ekyc with Samsung phone. If they say yes then then it is a different matter if they say you can use Samsung phone then once you call Samsung official go to the store and get your camera checked

Bro just look up every A series or atleast A52s users are having the same issue... and Bank employee said the same... and I had to finish it with a crappy old chinese phone... to be honest I'm a Samsung fan and now a frustrated one...
