Call reminder in Samsung A8 star

How can I set call reminder within phone app on my A8 star

Firstly go to Play Store and download Reminder Apk.
after download completed then open apk and set your reminder

Nothing there. In DW contacts I can just create a reminder to call a contact within the phone app. Looking if this is possible
