Go to call dialer app
Type
*#272*phone imei#

Then automatically open this menu
Select inu/single and click install

After give it ok.
It's will change indian csc.

Remember ur phone all data will delete and mobile restart with indian variant software

Call recording is not available in the Gulf due to local regulations.
