I think he is using an app or maybe downloaded something unknowingly while browsing.
I strongly suggest to factory reset your phone, these apps can track you or even cause you monetary damage

Yes but not virus...there is no creation of virus inside android as android based on Linux kernel

Uninstall any apps you have installed using apk.
Then clear cache & data of calendar.
