A52 is good best with their competitors A72 not in that price they are S20 FE 5G

Just go with Galaxy A52 4G or wait till july end for A52 5g
Don't go with any other Samsung phones under 30k except the A52 4g or 5g

M51 is superb mobile with high battery backup and Decent gaming performance. It lacks carrier aggregation for network so it may be disadvantage and Android 12 will be last Android version update for M51 according to some posts.
F62 with same specs but advantage is , Samsung launched with Android 11 so we can expect additional Android version update compared to M51 .
Instead of buying 8gb varient go with 6gb varient. Extra 2gb will not make high difference. Since I have used both 8gb and 6gb varient of same Samsung phone.
If you can wait means then buy during offer periods so you can save money

If you are willing to spend 30k then don't go with m series, chooses A series. A52, or A72. Or wait at least few months maybe the price drops.

Nothing other than Galaxy A52 as of now.. And I dont think you'd face problem with Hybrid SIM slot cause its base variant starts at 128GB, which is a lot of storage.
