Buying a phone

A friend of Mine has a S7 Edge and wants a Upgrade his Option is only the A Series 

He wants to a Buy a A23 

Would You recommend this option 

Or are there other samsung option that are affordable

A33 is the best smartphone for the price.

Or A52 last year phone but still it is available in the market it is also a good for the price.

He's in UAE 🇦🇪 and He couldn't find both A33 and A52

Other than A23 what other phones he can find last year most of the m series phones comes with helio P80 chipset. Those phones are not good

He only found the A23 & A53 + S22 and S22 Ultra in the places he checked

My suggestion is to go with A53 or A73. Both devices have good specs. But more than that, both devices are getting 5 years of software support like a flagship device. (4 years OneUI upgrades and 5 years of security updates) So I think that a really good deal for him if he looking A series.
