Because Samsung does not know how to understand their own Software, I am in the fix I am today. Three upgrades ago my Phone's Vibration Mode just stopped working. And the following upgrades (including the one I did today 29.11.2022) failed to fix the problem. Bunch of nitwits! They want to brag about their new products, but fail afterward to PROPERLY MAINTAIN THEM. They are only intersted in the Bottom Line!!!

I'm having the same problem. I've gone through 3 updates including today's 11/29/202, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi don't work. It's bad.

How can I make these **bleep**ers at Samsung help me STOP THIS **bleep** "UPDATE YOUR PHONE" **bleep**? ALL IT DOES IS **bleep** WITH SOME OF THE OPERATIONS OF MY PHONE!! AND THEN THEY SAY I HAVE TO FACTORY RESET!! DO THEY **bleep** REALIZE HOW MUCH THERE IS ON MY PHONE? AND IF I FACTORY RESET, THEN THE NEXT UPDATES WILL **bleep** UP MY PHONE AGAIN!!!!
