Yesterday I update my Samsung a80 to Android 11 via OTA update , after the update I'm facing issues regarding sound in audio and videos song ,but not on regularly. Major concerns is that when I received a incoming call. The voice of other party is audible after few seconds. But it fines when I make a call to someone. Kindly made a resolution.
Anyone from @Samsung please respond to this issue.. This is not just a normal issue but a very critical one. We need a quick fix for this asap. We can't wait for days or months for you as we already know how slow you are in these things. Fixing customer issues. Haven't you tested the update before giving it to end users?

Dear, Samsung,this is not good.u made useless the device by giving error updates and we,the customer have to spend theor valuable time and money to visit ur servuce centre.dont forget that thus is nt an silly issue.
