Please is there anybody you can help me I bought the Galaxy A51 comes with free Galaxy buds a promotion started on the 14th of September and end on the 30 September I did send all my documents but I didn't year for Samsung yet no email no answer thing I applied  on the 29th  of September...

did u receive CITD number? , it usually pop up on the last screen when u finish redeeming.
