did you get the confirmation email, if you did than it can take i think up to 4 weeks before you get them.....

i got my email but now samsung says its been rejected

im still waiting fr mine aswell now samsung is saying my claim is rejected cause it expired its not my fault the lockdown started and the claims couldbe done you guys must phone samsung otherwise you are not going to get your buds Goodluck hope you guys get your buds
