Bubble not working

I received Android 11 One Ui 3.1 update yesterday on my Samsung Galaxy A50 and since then I can't use the chat head feature of fb messenger. Apparently it's called bubble now and android is giving support to such apps that have built in feature like this. Does anyone else have the same issue or have any solution?

Bhai mere I have one ui 3.1 and the feature is already turned on but its not working that's why I posted here to ask if anyone is having the same issue.
