Brand new phone being slow

I recently upgraded from a a14 to an a25 ...but I'm having a issue with the a25 it's extremely slow almost as slow as my a14 even tho the a25 has better specs what can I do to fix this I bought the phone brand new 2 weeks ago

Are you 100% sure it's a real one? 4 of my friends got scammed the past year the phones nearly looked identical if it wasn't for the bezels and fxke cameras I would've never knew from a distance. Please tell me you got it from an official samsung store or from major service providers like MTN,Vodacom, Telkom etc. If you didn't ....I'm sorry

Edit:Nevermind I thought you were talking about the S25 not A25. Well if it's not **bleep** this is unfortunately one of the problems with A series they tend to be slower perhaps even purposely. Return it should be under warranty hopefully if it happens again then you have your answer. If I was you I would've taken that money and get a used S21FE or anything in that line would 100%last longer than an A series but that's just me🐟🍴

I'm thinking of maybe upgrading to a a35 I know someone who has it and they have no issues with lag or maybe I could save up a little more and just buy a s series phone

I had A25 myself before. It's was extremely slow. I dont know maybe the make of the phone is just not make sure.
