Bought new A33 but it's warranty is already started

I bought a new box pack plastic wrapped A33 5G 6/128 on 29th December but when I checked it's warranty it was already showing "first call made on 11/11/2022" what should I do, complain somewhere or return the phone and take my money back from the shop owner?

Buy from priceoye.. they ships original and pin packed cell phones.. I always purchase from them..

As per your statement it seems its repack handset . Definitely when you have a purchase receipt. So there are 2 issues which prove it that you have been created. Attach both two with your complaint and visit any Samsung service centre. Or email them to official Head office in Karachi
