My device is Samsung Galaxy A9 2018. Both simcard (Jio & Bsnl) loses network one by one. Both simcard doesn't work simultaneously for long time. Some time both simcard loses network. Every time I have to set flight mode on and then off to get the network for minimum one simcard. I have complained to Jio and Bsnl customer care but they don't have any issue over network on my location (in Pune city maharashtra.)
I also call Samsung customer care but due to busy schedule my call didn't get connected.
What to do ????????
(From last 8 days After I received my device from Samsung care center for usb not functioning)

I hv faced similar issues with my wife's A6+ in which Jio network goes off very often. we reinsert the sim.same answer by jio.
