Kindly try the following steps in order to sort out the problem:
1. open phone setting>Apps>press on the three dots on the top right
corner>select show system apps>select every Bluetooth service>select
storage>clear data and cache
2. open phone settings>General management>reset>reset network
settings>enter your screen PIN>reset network settings
3. restart your phone>open settings>connections>open Bluetooth
4. Your device will scan automatically for nearby devices.
If the issue continues, please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center.
