TRY RESET NETWORK SETTINGS
SETTINGS > GENERAL MANAGEMENT > RESET > RESET NETWORK SETTINGS

AFTER THIS RESTART (REBOOT) YOUR PHONE ONCE
AND CHECK IT STILL PROBLEM ?
IF YES TRY
RESET SYSTEM SETTINGS
SETTINGS > GENERAL MANAGEMENT > RESET > RESET SYSTEM SETTINGS

AND CHECK AGAIN !
