Hi guys so i have a A10s and suddenly bluetooth stopped responding aswell as my wifi. Toggle greyed out so i cant switch it on. Tried network reset, everything i could think of even factory reset. Still not responding keeps popping up bluetooth not responding. Device did not fall or got damaged. Software is up to datr aswell. Got the phone for 2years bought it brand new. What can i do please help.
