Does A10 have Bixby service?

Cuz it's already installed but I can't find it.

there r two kind of services from Bixby one is only swipe left to show info second is with voice assistant which one do u have

bixby is not working like it shows in advertisement
bixby home is just an app to show you top things from app store or news or your clock alarm etc
but will not work like Hey bixby

I have Galaxy A30 and it has bixby home but not the feature of Hey bixby do this that and that😢
