many of the AI systems work when the devuce is unlocked and screen ON .. So Think it will not .... may be in some phone it will be able to do by the perfect voice matching checking ... it may help one to intrude into your phone....privacy matters

i didn't know that .. i havent used it yet ...
may be you can control your volumes brightness and setting alarms timers etc.....
