Bixby voice wakeup issue in Galaxy A50s

Hey guys, why doesn't Bixby wake when screen locked ? Bixby works fine in my S9+ and wakes up even when screen is locked, and even when music is playing. But, the function doesn't seem to work on my Galaxy A50s despite the setting is turned on (as per the image). Is there anyother option/setting that I have to look into in order to get this things working or what ? Fyi- Bixby works when screen is turned on.

Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue-

-Clear Cache of the Bixby (setting>>apps>>Tap on top right corner three dots >>show system app>>Bixby>>storage>>clear cache).

-Do the reset app preferences (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).

-Check the update of the Bixby (launch the Bixby>>about Bixby).

- If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.
