Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue-
-Clear Cache of the Bixby (setting>>apps>>Tap on top right corner three dots >>show system app>>Bixby>>storage>>clear cache).
-Do the reset app preferences (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).
-Check the update of the Bixby (launch the Bixby>>about Bixby).
- If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.
