Biometric fingerprint

I just switched from an iPhone 7 to the Samsung 850 thinking it was a good choice. Finger scanner does not work and the face recognition does not work at night so this takes this phone back about 10 plus years. Very very dissatisfied customer. Is Samsung going to do anything about it?

samsung use front cam for face lock as compare to face id in i phone as you can't compare it . but no doubt finger print work faster then face id
