I own a new Galaxy A51 (6+128GB), and is upto date with latest updates provided. Now i am facing battery draining issue. As with 4000 mAh battery and moderate usage, with zero gaming, i barely get 10-12 hrs of battery life. How can i solve this issue ? Is this solved in next update ?

Hi, first of all, please check whether your apps are up to date from both stores. After that, wipe your cache partition. Also please try charging battery to 100% after draining it fully till phone is switched off. Note: Don't switch on till its 100% charged

(TO WIPE CACHE PARTITION: Switch off your phone. Press and hold, power key, Bixby key and volume up key for 4-5 seconds till the phone turn on. You will reach the recovery mode.
Use your volume keys to navigate to 'wipe cache partition.' Use power key to select and confirm. Then reboot your device.
Normally this will not erase any of your personal data or settings.)

Hello there,

Battery percentage may vary according to the usage (internet, call, video playback, etc..). However, if you feel that the device battery drains quickly when no function is used, please send the device to one of the service centers to discover and fix the problem. www.samsung.com/ae/support/servicelocation/.

Thank you
