Battery problem

Hi guys. My phone is charging slowly and exhausting battery quickly. What's the problem?

Are you using a charger that is capable of delivery the correct wattage to the phone?
Is the cable good?

Switch one at a time to see if the problem persists.

Try a different cable, then try a different power brick, and then try a different phone if possible with different combinations. One of them could be an issue, we're just trying to determine which one...

Check to see if "Fast Charging" is turned on.
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Battery and device care.
4. Select Battery.
5. Select More battery options.
6. Select the switch next to 'Fast charging'.

If it is on, try using a different charger . 

Should the issue persist kindly take the device to an accredited service center for an assessment. Please use the link below to find a service center near you
