Battery problem

Guys i was using my phone 

And charg it with it 33 watt adapter

Phone original adapter was 27 watts 

I was 33 watt over a year and now my phone isnt picking power 

Means it dont go above 1 or 2 per battery 

And phone shows battery health normal 

Is it phone battery problem or should i use my geniun adapter i only have adapter geniun but i dont have cable

Obviously, you should have use the original charger not the faster one cuz it does not make a difference if your phone doesn't support that fast charging. You might also need a new battery.

You should use original adapter and a 33watt won't make a bigger difference

I am a Samsung user since 2009 used different models
Recently purchase samsung A33. Really disappointed battery life is very pathetic. Now using with power save option with extra dim light it helps a little bit. But not satisfied.
Really not recommend this model due to battery problem
