I never full charge my phone. It is not recommended.
Well you should see Actual Screen on time for real battery backup.
Note that i didn't updated my phone on Android 11.

I am a heavy user but still I am getting pretty good back up so I think you should try resetting your phone or reset battery fuel gauge.

● Make sure, Wifi is turned off when not in use.

This is from Galaxy M52 5g which features 5000 mAh battery. Though I never charge my phone to 100%, I did it for you bro 👍. I always use Protect Battery which limits the maximum charge to 85%.
