Battery draining

Is anyone notice battery draining issue on a54..My phone has already learnt usage pattern but 5000mAh ,it seems like 2000mAh now..One UI 6.1 Android 14..I visited customer care also

Only one option to change the battery

They first said that there is nothing wrong with hardware..only settings issue so they did but no improvement
