Battery draining on Samsung a26 5G

Hi all, 

I have been loyal customer of realme since 2019, i have used two different model of realme and i was completely satisfied with their product, however 2-3 days ago i have purchased Samsung a26 5G, while using 2-3 days I have experience battery draining, slow charging and i think camera is not up to the mark . I think these minor bugs can be fix by monthly security patch or any major updates to fix aforementioned issues. Currently i have Android 16 installed in my phone. 

If anyone can help regarding the aforesaid issue i will really appreciate it

Hmm i think these problem may be fix with upcoming updates, however my old 3-4 yrs old realme 7 pro is still better than this latest phone although realme 7 pro is still on Android 12

I was using Samsung Galaxy A22 4g from 2022 Dec, and in April i decided to switch to this A26 5G which was just launched and i bought it on 26 of April. Since then i am facing calls receiving issues, like when my phone rings in my pocket and i tried to pick my call by swiping my screen it is unresponsive then i lock and unlock and lock and unlock and after that i can pick call, i was also thinking that it may be resolved after update but after updates it's became worst. Now 3 to 4 time my phone is totally unresponsive even nothing works and i had to restart with two buttons. Now also it have auto touch issues. It have typing delay after 8.0 update. I also hard reset my phone but still same.

This phone have not AOD, A22 and A24, A25 have. Also camera is not justified at this price range.

If they didn't fix aforementioned issues i will sell and switch to realme again.

BTW what time you get on full charge? Screen time?
