I bought a samsung galaxy a50 at the end of May and it worked just fine. But with the latest software update, the battery duration is decreased. It shows battery life to be 17 hours in device care at 100% battery. Battery draining rate can be observed to be faster than before. Also when it reaches 85% , the battery starts falling even when on charging and not in use. It requires to be switched off to reach 100%. Please help!!
Phone didnt doesn't charge if it's hot. check your phone temp after reaching 85%. Let me get it right... so your phone stops charging at 85% and on top of that charge is decreasing?
