Battery draining after One UI 8 upgrade | Solution is here

After upgrading to One UI 8, the battery is draining and sometimes the animation is missing in the Quick panel & Notification panel.

The way to fix this is to save all your phone's data on a Laptop, PC, USB, or OTG, and then perform a 'Factory Data Reset' on the phone.

A few bugs usually appear with a new OS, and resetting the phone makes those bugs go away.

I did the same thing, and now the battery is good and the animation is no longer missing in the Notification & Quick Panel.
