My battery drain 1% in 6 minutes during internet usage. I purchased A55 moble on 9 October 2024. But in Samsung website it shows internet usage time upto 25 hours.

Try it again with battery saving Mode , 60hz refresh and brightness in zero.

No one can use phone with zero brightness for 10 hour s... dont think too much about battery if its always in your mind you might getting nomophobia.

Than what's the use of buying 30k phone if you have to use 60 hz refresh rate with 0 brightness 😂😂

If you are using normal Websites to read content without any animation then you will get max time..

Rest we can't judge battery performance within 1 or 2 weeks.

To improve battery performance.. avoid heat..
For longer video calls, choose cool time or air conditioners.

Don't use the phone while charging or don't update anything while charging.

Charging also heats the phone after charging is finished, don't use the phone for 10 minutes.

For any system update like 2 gb..

Don't update in summer, outdoor location, in sunlight..

Extreme heating may burn lithium inside, and that will damage your display by producing lines..

For longer video calls/ games take a break of 15 minutes..

Heating kills the battery + display faster.

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
