Use samsung orignal head type c to type c one.

Charging Fast and Draining fast means battery is weak or some sort of problem like water inside, some metal particles shorting charging port.

Try using original samsung charger and cable for atleast 4-5 charge cycles. If dont work, battery needed to be replaced.
