Galaxy A
Lately I have noticed an odd behaviour in my reported battery percentage (A5 2017). When using my phone, the battery percentage doesn't fall below the current threshold for an extended period of time (between 30 mins and an hour or 2) despite usage.
While charging, even though the notification panel indicates fast charging (10W), the battery percentage falls even after clearing out the memory, and if i disconnect the charger, the drainage is in seconds.
Should I get the battery checked at an authorised (Samsung) service center or is it related to some software glitch which doesn't report accurate battery percentage?
