Is it just me or battery protection does not work. My phone stays on 100 percent and it does not stop the charge and let it drop back down to 95 and then charge again as it should. Besides that I think I need a new battery because my battery does not last long

How old is your device? No need to change your battery, if you not using power saving mode, since you are a heavy social media user, it's pretty much understandable the duration it has.....my advice is to use power saving mode and use a secondary phone for social media

Its 2 years and a few months old. I had fulled charged it before I called my girlfriend and it was on 96 percent when I video called her and 3hours into the call it was on 29 percent and I know it should last a lot longer than that. When I use my phone a lot it only lasts like 6hrs and I have adaptive power saving on

What i showed on the screenshot was me saying basic battery protection does not work because when I fully charge my phone most nights when I leave it on charge the whole night. My battery stays on 100 percent instead of dropping down to 95 percent and then charging again like its supposed to do. Besides that I think my battery health is very bad and it probably needs replacing

You must remember if you are using your phone alot the battery will always drain fast

Well when I use my phone a lot it only last like 6hrs. And when i was on a call with my girlfriend I had fully charged my phone and we called when it was on 96 percent then 3hrs into the video call it was on 29 percent. I know it should last a lot longer on a call
